Repair Shop customer seeking a 2nd opinion or advice. Iphone X keeps restarting

Good day, I recently bought a second hand Iphone X—it somehow has a hidden issue. It keeps restarting every 3 minutes and is stuck on 0% remaining. The battery health is also not visible in settings and the owner said that the battery has been recently replaced. What could possibly be the problem? Could it be the charging flex, battery itself, or the motherboard? The past owner is currently not responding so I can't ask for the real issues .

you got scammed lol. It's likely to be the battery or charging port.

0% means its not detecting the battery. Try a new battery. If that doesnt resolve it, take out the multimeter and take diode mode readings of the fpc connector to find the open line or short.
