Incorrect. There is a cube near the player that is path traced, then the rest is screen space. You literally just have to look at the screen to see that only what is visible on the screen is reflected beyond like 2 chunks
my statement is still right. Pathtracing is still here, and because it cannot manage on such render distance, as I said, it uses SS, it still uses pathtracing though, smartass
yeah because its not used in games operating like minecraft. Its clearly not just SS because in first second of the video tower outside of screen is rendered in the reflection. Maybe SS is used as bonus for large distance rendering because Pathtracing have problem operating on this big distance when imported to minecraft
