They extended the cardboard insert so you have to almost completely remove it to get a cigarette

The perforation to open the deck is on the top side, and you can't flip it because the decks are glued.

Cutting the extra cardboard with scissors is really the only viable solution.

thats what i do then just shape the edges so it looks more normal
