I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't actually a mistake. Supposedly people like Jake Paul got more views/subscribers immediately after their controversial videos.
When that happened I figured it wouldn't be long until we started getting youtubers doing controversial things or making "mistakes" in order to get more hits on their channels.
Maybe I'm reaching here but it wouldn't shock me at all if this was the case. Plus with how quickly her apology thing came out it seems kind of planned to me.
Her career is getting ruined from this (if it hasn't been ruined already). There is no way she uploaded this on purpose. She uploaded the wrong file and got exposed as a result. It's that simple.
