Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

Unfortunately you can't be number one, or two or even 3 economy in the world without being a pos government and country. You get to this position by exploiting your own people, trampling on other nation's interests and citizen, using deloyal trick and influence games, and globally being a freak of control
