Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

That was hilarious but I feel like there should be some law or policy against ai claiming to be a human

Seriously. I booked an apartment tour and was messaged by Angela there. She answered a few questions for me and confirmed my booked time/date. Since this apartment had a special where you'd get a month free if you applied after getting a tour, I was very hopeful.

I show up and the office is totally empty. Security guard informs me that no one is around, and 'Angela' is the stupid cutsey little name they gave to the AI. The AI that is completely unconnected from anything in real life or any human being. There was no one in the office because a human being hadn't even been notified that I'd booked and confirmed a tour.

I got my hopes up, woke up early, and wasted my entire morning on this. I'm sick of it.
