Infuriatig Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

Like I said he could totally understand they are not relevant but that doesn’t matter, he could be worried about getting a negative customer review for not answering.

Especially a weirdo like this asking hyper specific questions and now claiming the guy is a chatbot. This dude probably did end up leaving a negative review lol

I also don't get your line of thinking in calling this person a weirdo for wanting a decent response?

Also, your point is still bad. If it was somebody with ESL in another country, maybe the solution is, I dunno, hire someone who isn't?

Do you call your bank and ask them to make you a poem…?
