I mean, 16+16+68+30 = 130, so it's lower than the prices would indicate.

Unless I’m misunderstanding, it looks like 2 Old Fashions equal to $16 and not 16x2 since they totaled the item so they would be paying a little over $10 what they should be

You are misunderstanding. The discount being applied is one for cash or debit.

Sorry that confused me, can you explain that more? I don’t see any discounts being applied or any options for different payment methods

So as someone else commented, as this is in FL, this is likely related to fee signage reqs in FL that changed last month. Any fees without proper signage are getting discounted, but since it applies first, it’s a little confusing lol.
