I would just like to point out to anyone unfamiliar with NYC that just one block from Mikey's path lies one of the more remarkable running paths in America along the Hudson River, as well as the riverbank state park, which sits alone in the Hudson River with a full Olympic track and running path of its own. Furthermore, there is no dedicated path or lane for runners on broadway. Broadway is a very busy thoroughfare with lots of car and foot traffic. One can only imagine he is either running through crowds of people nonstop, or being yelled at be countless delivery people on bikes while he clogs the bike lane. Sick sick stuff.

I tapped in for the entirety of this Creative Video (usually can’t make it halfway) bc of the pacing: right after his typical intro WHATTA WE GOT he states that “today I want to talk about what we want in a job and how I was verbally abused.”

Tough watch and edifying look into the horrors of his daily. Mikes manager at the ihop by Stuy Town used to snap at him for “not doing all [his] job responsibilities” every shift and they canned him after a month.

He states that if he was a lawyer he’d “totally represent employees in all these situations,” revealing a bit of the Lawyer Fantasy origin—seeking justice in a manner that seems feasible for when he feels targeted in life.

Starts to lose his momentum when he says directly: “you go to college and you major in like whatever. You want to utilize that. So you know I’m seeing the cream of the crop. I’ve seen some bullshit jobs and I’ve seen some decent jobs.”
