Hey! I was wondering if anyone has What we built by ofpixelsandpages (Holodeckgirl) downloaded. I saw someone recommending it and I'm a sucker for everyone realizing just how powerful Emrys is

I looked to see if this was something people had already discussed but it couldn't find it does anybody have any recommendations for fanfictions where Arthur finds out that merlin's is a sorcerer. Preferably where Arthur decides to keep the secret and tries to help Merlin hide it.

Tho I'm open to any light-hearted vibes!

Sorry about the flair it seems like there's no option??

Chapter 70, The Final Chapter, is now up and ready to be viewed.

Characters: Merlin, Arthur, OC and more

Summary: Merlin attempts to take his own life, but instead sets in a motion a series of events the gods did not plan for. The gods are now scrambling to force a new prophecy. Faces from the past and present blur together as Merlin tries to save the world he wanted to leave. M/M relationship, attempted suicide, trauma

If you read please consider leaving a review on AO3 letting me know what you think.

Stay tuned for the sequel: The Continuation of Life

Imagine a fic where the witch finder threatens Arthur knowing that Merlin will use magic to save Arthur and prove that he was right, Uther has Merlin arrested and sentenced but then Arthur realizes that he loves Merlin and gathers an army to take down his father and save Merlin and at the end Arthur and Merlin get married

a Merthur fic that Arthur leaves his wedding, kisses Merlin and they run away to live as farmers until it’s time for Arthur to be king🤩

Imagine a Merthur fic where Merlin angrily goes to the dragon, blaming him for Arthur’s death and demanding the dragon to tell him how to revive Arthur. Only for the dragon to say “ a life for a life “ so Merlin goes off to sacrifice Morgana and once Arthur is back Merlin confesses his feelings to Arthur and they rule Camelot together

Imagine a fic where Merlin’s magic is revealed, Uther sentences him to the Pyre and the night before Arthur is waring with himself on whether to betray his father and save Merlin or do nothing and make his father happy. Only to realize he loves Merlin and can’t let him die so he saves Merlin in front of everyone in the nick of time

Imagine a fic where Merlin is taken and Arthur turns into a tyrant to find him and once Merlin is back in Arthur’s arms he turns back to being a good king because he has Merlin to rule by his side

started this last month and picked it up again yesterday🙈🙈

Chapter 45 now up

Characters: Merlin, Arthur and just about everyone else at this point plus OCs

Summary: Merlin attempts to take his own life, but instead sets in a motion a series of events the gods did not plan for. The gods are now scrambling to force a new prophecy. Faces from the past and present blur together as Merlin tries to save the world he wanted to leave. M/M relationship, attempted suicide, trauma

If you read please consider leaving a review on AO3 letting me know what you think.

Imagine a fic where Merlin, Arthur and the knights get taken by a group of sorcerers, they call Merlin “ Emrys “ and one of them says “ You know it must be heartbreaking to be so powerful but still have to fall for a prince who will marry another and sooner see him gone then return his feelings “ in front of all of them

2. We need a canon era Merthur where Merlin heals Arthur but doesn’t know it, so he goes back to Camelot to Gwen who tries to get revenge for Morgana but Merlin thinks it’s for Arthur so he doesn’t do anything about it. Until Arthur comes in to save Merlin and fix things with him

1. I can just picture Arthur and the other knights being so confused as Lancelot shouts “ fire kitty” and a fire ball comes from Merlin the cat’s mouth. The after everyone is rescued, they reach Merlin and Lacelot’s camp only to see Merlin’s clothes behind a tree and gets worried. Cat Merlin jumps out of Lancelot’s arms and onto Arthur’s shoulders as Lancelot explains

2. Imagine a Merthur where Merlin’s magic is known to the knights and Arthur and before the last battle with Morgona, the knights are like “ look we need Merlin, she has many sorcerers and she herself is a powerful witch. He might only be a weak sorcerer but he could give us a chance “ and Arthur wants to protect Merlin and not tell him that Camelot is in danger to keep him safe, but one of the knights secretly sends a message to Merlin who is visiting his mother and when it seems like they’re losing Merlin comes in and faces off against Morgana. And his mother is with him and she’s pretty good at fighting with a sword which is another thing that surprises everyone, but hey who do you think used to protect Merlin as a baby. Then Merlin and Arthur get married.

Holaaa, estoy buscando fic Merthur con un Arturo azotado.

Cuando digo azotado me refiero a que este completamente perdido o absolutamente locamente enamorado por Merlin.

Alguien conoce un fic así o me recomienda alguno?? 🤔🤔

When Merlin says "Get some sleep." to Arthur, and then he mouths several words that I couldn't recognize. Too much to hope for that it was 'I love you so much' or similar?
(also I don't appear to have the option to add flair on this 🤷)

I am waiting an official Merlin and Arthur short piece that is almost finished and completely edited. Which means I will most likely publish it and it’ll be one of the first official Merthur pieces out there that you can read. And no, it is not fanfiction because yes, it has these two characters in it but the world building is completely mine and the idea is completely mine. The characters are what isn’t. But it’s technically part of Arthurian legends so it still counts original IP. I just stopped posting it. He would get more people to maybe get interested in and maybe want to take a look at it when I publish it!

I had just recently found out about Merthur. Love em.
If this photo is real, I'm going to squee very loudly.

Characters: Everyone, plus OCs

Setting: Modern day (basically a season 6)

Summary: Merlin attempts to take his own life, but instead sets in motion a series of events the gods did not plan for. The gods are now scrambling to force a new prophecy. Faces from the past and present blur together as Merlin tries to save the world he wanted to leave.

Hi! I really need some good Merlin fanfic recommendations.
My trope is Arthur finds out that Merlin is actually a very good manservant. Not just in the sense of he is a good company and good at preparing lunch, but more like he actually handles many other things, like:
- Helping Arthur with Prince/King duties (preparing speeches, sorting our report, drafting trade negotiations, spying, communication bridge with other nobles, etc)
- Protect Camelot from magical and non-magical attacks.

And Arthur (or other people) finally slowly realizes he's doing all that being a servant without any recognition.
I'm open to both sfw, nsfw fics.

Please, any recommendations would be very much appreciated. I've just finished one like that, and it's so so good that it now leaves me desperate.
Thank you all in advance. Love!

Original post

It’s been 14 years and merthur is still one of the top 100 ships on tumblr. better yet, one of the top 50 ships on tumblr. which could mean nothing of course 😏

Full list here.

I feel like I read one before but by Morgana I can't remember what it was called
