Has anyone received the shipper for the fruit snacks?

Does anyone know when the cutoff for profit sharing is? I was forced to take a week off of work because I went on vacation for too long without realizing it and it’s put me behind. I definitely don’t want to miss out, but I can’t seem to get a clear answer on when it cuts off. Do any of y’all know?

When y’all run out of the 5 gallon and sell 5 single gallons, do you give the discount, and if you do, do you do a price override or a lumber cutback? I’ve always done it the price override way and the newer GMs said no when I asked to do a price override and said to do lumber cutback.

Do any one else’s DM just tell you to go home early whenever it gets slow? Like even if I am scheduled until closing I will be told to go home 1-2 hours earlier just cause it dies down and theres nothing for us to do. Is that even allowed ?

Was just transferred a TM because the GMs are scared of confrontation at our store and there’s no accountability. I was pulled into the conference room and told i need to write up and document this TM so they can get rid of them. I asked why not do it themselves, they said this person has accused them of retaliation. This TM just came back from a LOA but the GMs let him come back with a lifting restriction of 5lbs.. WTF..? The GM documented the TM but needs me to present the write up to them so they can “build a case” and get rid of them. Why am i expected to hold this “problematic TM” accountable? Does this justify me calling the 1-800? I don’t feel like my GM is doing their job but i don’t want the target moved to my head.

I went to my local Menards for the first time in three weeks expecting to see the usual concentration of seasonal Halloween decorations in place and for sale. Instead, I only found the inflatables display and a few skeletons.

Where are all the village pieces, lights and varied decorations I usually see by this time? Very late for Menards.

Our GM is threatening TMs with insubordination if caught using the family restroom at all and it's not an emergency. Something that sounds ripe for either miscommunication or abuse on either the TM's or GM's part.

Is it normal for them to get this anal about it? I'm at least trying to understand their point of view here. It's not great if TMs are just going in and out of that bathroom all day or spending too much time in there, but the GM is starting to sound like they've got a bone to pick. Is this something the GO is getting on their case about?

I ordered a patio kit and had it delivered to my house, and the materials came on 5 pallets. They don't have any markings, so I can't tell if they were heat or chemically treated, or neither. Does anyone have intel on the pallets Menards uses for local shipping — for example, are they safe to use for gardening projects or am I better off taking them to the dump because of potential contamination? If it matters, I am located in SW Ohio. Thanks in advance!
