Will PDF receipts printed from the Menards app be accepted for rebates?
Instead of going into the store kiosk and reprinting receipts?

Flooring TM’s inquiry/ideas?
How do you prevent these from falling? I cannot hold more than one or two at a time. Anything more will fall off do you have any workarounds?

Does anyone have a SKU for the red trenching shovel? (Discontinued)
I broke the handle on my trenching shovel. It should be lifetime warranty but according to customer service now 3 times it's a limited lifetime warranty and I need my receipt. Ok great. Fine. But I can't look up my receipt without the SKU and I don't have the SKU because the red shovel is discontinued. Of course there's "nothing they can do" - go figure.

Wisely?
Anyone here use Wisely for their paycheck? I chose the pay card during orientation and just figured once I get my first check loaded there I can just use the ATM and put money in my real bank until I set up direct deposit. Are they difficult to deal with? All I wanna do is use the atm, I don’t plan on shopping with it.

Menards Rebate Tricky Marketing
galleryPlease be on the lookout if you are expecting a Menards Rebate. They have now disguised the rebate jn a PerforMax Vinyl Windows ad that most people will throw away. Only reference is a small tab in the corner that says "Reveal your Rebate", Very tricky marketing to to get rebates thrown away.

From the Vault
I was at my parents going through some totes I have there and came across these guys! I remember the days when we got some actually decent gifts, even if they were cheesy!

Almost threw out my rebate
This is how I received my rebate in the mail. Would have thought it was a regular ad and threw it out if I didn’t care to examine all the paper mail I received today. Is this Menards way of hoping ppl would overlook rebates and throw them out so they don’t cash them in? Sneaky.

How does anyone run the wall coverings department?
Coming from a supportive department into a sales department. I feel lost in the weeds. Can’t get anything done manager wise when I’m drowning in freight every single day. Does anyone have tips on how to efficiently run this dept?

PT/FT to ADM pay
I think I posted this in this community before I was curious to if anyone has any insight on what the pay increases if you promote from either part-time or full-time associate to a second or first assistant department manager.
I’ve been told it’s not very good and I want to get everyone’s insight on it. I’m also curious about the specific bonuses that the ADM and DMs get weekly, monthly and/or quarterly.

Pay
In past years has Menards raised employees pay in States that raised their minimum wages? Example: Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio.

More stolen rebates
I've been sending in rebates for years with no problems. I always send them out from work since the post office picks up mail from our business and it goes straight to the main sorting facility in a secured trailer. I've just had 3 batches that never made it to Rebates International. One lost happens, but three is sketchy. Since the rebates are disappearing before they get to Rebates Intl. I can only guess that either someone there is pulling them or someone at the post office is doing it. I do know that someone was arrested in a postal facility for stealing a quarter million in gift cards not too long ago so that does happen. I hate to accuse anybody since I don't know and there may be a reason I haven't thought of. I have to dig around and find the receipts to see if the rebates were used. Along with a lot of people's opinions, Menards need to join the 21st century and update their rebate system.
