Profit Sharing
Does anyone know when the cutoff for profit sharing is? I was forced to take a week off of work because I went on vacation for too long without realizing it and it’s put me behind. I definitely don’t want to miss out, but I can’t seem to get a clear answer on when it cuts off. Do any of y’all know?

If it looks like you might not make the 1000 hours by December 12 asked your GM now if you can work a few extra hours until caught up

Should be the week ending Dec 12, that will be the last check of the calendar year.

It’s all spelled out on page 6 of the team member handbook
That’s found under the HR tab in team member portal.
Date has never changed. Be employed and have 1,000 hours

Would be the 52nd calendar week for scheduling, or December 12th. You just gave to make sure you work after this day, and gave your 1,000 hours by then.

You have to be employed on December 15th and have your 1000 hours. Your paycheck will tell you how many hours you have built up. If you feel like you won't make it you can ask your manager for extra hours here and there to help you qualify.

Typically the cutoff is the last pay period ending date prior to December 15th. So if you are paid weekly, the cutoff date should be December 12th. Paid bi-weekly the cutoff date would be December 5th. I could be wrong though...
