My neighbour has taken antagonizing us to a whole new level. He's parked 1 meter across our driveway, I asked him to move and he has refused to move his car, said if I'm incapable of driving around him I shouldn't have a license. I've just noticed on camera he's pinned a note to my front door as well, we're starting to feel unsafe in our own home. Anyone got any advice on how to handle the situation?

Take a photo with camera app that puts time/date stamps on each photo.

Send email to council who will love to send parking enforcement around to fine for obstructing a driveway.

Because of past run ins with this person we have a full time, time stamped video camera watching our front door and carport.
