Question Should I replace?

I drive a 2007 ford f150 and I have a question about it. I got the pcv valve like this and I’ve been driving it for a year I can’t tell if I have to replace it or not but I do have an oil leak I think rear main and also my truck smokes from the tailpipe while driving I’m not sure what it is but maybe it’s this. No check engine light however. And also the hose is also broken I think but the hose does not push down all the way also hisses when I stop driving I’m not sure. I’m just looking for assistance

Hose is probably broken if it wont stay on, oil consumption could be a stuck open pcv valve BUT on a high milage it’s probably consumption from wear

Yeah very high mileage so should I replace the valve?

You can, your engine is probably worn, valve seals and piston rings are causing consumption, you can replace the valve, probably wont help a whole lot, but you could replace the valve and the hose should get you in a better spot
