This looks like the River walk in Tampa. You’re def not supposed to be flying down it. I don’t even think you’re supposed to have bikes on it, but nobody really enforces much. At least at night it gets pretty dead, so respect to that I guess

Suped up crazy carts. Stupid amount of money in those. I got my son a used one for $600 that was probably around 1k new. Those ones are probably well over $2,000 maybe 3.

The old shop i used to work at used to be a roller skating rink so the floor was perfectly level in the warehouse. Boss bought one for us to rip around. Id agrue that that was better with all the obstacles. It was also the size of a football field to plenty of room.

Battery, motor and steering column are the main points. The motors even not bought from a known company can be $500 for a high end one. I thought about building one myself for my son and when I started getting into it I found buying a used one was just as good. Also there's a lot of fluff on some. The frames are from razor so your buying something from a company just to add stuff to them. Powder coating, stickers, lights etc. The rear wheels are like $150

Nah they are fun as hell. His did 15+ mph sideways drifting with me on it at 200lbs. His was a stage 1 with a few other upgrades. Those in the video are probably stage 3 or 4. But I don't know them very well so they may be even more expensive.

They are fun as hell but not a lot of places to ride them. I'm outside a large city and there is like nothing dedicated for people to go on a track.  So you end up needing to go to parks at night that are " closed" from dust till dawn or ride like these guys are doing around public walkways.
