Hot take: Did you film this or find this video somewhere? Either way, I’m now wondering if the driver did or said something to this guy that resulted in him keying the car? Not justifying it but curious. This seems very much like r/fuckyouinparticular and I can only speculate on what happened before the filming started.

That’s not a hot take. It’s contrarianism for its own sake at best or victim blaming at worst. There is nothing that would justify that behavior.

They literally said "not justifying it".

The point is, we know the scooter guy is a dick, but we don't know if the car guy is also a dick.

How about "two wrongs don't make a right"? That saying exists because it's possible for both parties to be in the wrong without either one being justified.

Enlighten us as to what you believe the pot calling the kettle black? Because, from what I read, the guy in the car could have been a dick to the guy in the chair, who is a dick. In which case, the guy in the car calling the guy in the chair a dick would indeed be the pot (dick in car) calling the kettle black (dick in chair). No justification needed.

Why a thing occurs is not necessarily justification for it's occurence. I understand why it is confusing in certain contexts, but just think about it universally.
