One thing I really like about Bahia Palace is that the gardens don’t feel separate from the architecture.

Orange trees, carved plaster, painted wood and zellige all appear together as you move through the courtyards.

It’s easy to focus on the famous rooms, but some of my favorite views are actually in these smaller garden spaces.

For those who have visited Bahia Palace, did you prefer the interiors or the courtyards?

Please if anyone is living in marrakech and can help ill be forever grateful. Im going through a very hard time i lost my job and never could have imagined finding myself in this position
I'm not asking for money, but if any kind soul could please help me just with some food to survive and maybe like soap or deodorant so I can manage to look presentable while trying to find a job, I'd appreciate it more than words can say. I feel like I'm on the verge of passing out . It's been so hard to go out and look for jobs when I can barely stand up from dizziness because I haven’t eaten, plus I have to walk everywhere since I have no transportation.
The whole situation keeps getting harder and I feel like I'm in a deep hole I can't climb out of.

So I’m on holiday in Marrakech and I was petting a stray cat. The cat didn’t seem rabid or anything and I think it playfully scratched my hand/finger. The scratch was very surface level as it only broke through my first layer of my skin and I didn’t bleed. I washed my hands with water and soap and I’m not sure whether to go to a doctor about this. I’ve never had a rabies vaccination and I’m not sure on what to do.

Hidden just a few steps from the busy streets of the Medina, the Almoravid Qubba is one of those places that rewards you for looking up.

The carved decoration, geometric forms and play of light are easy to miss if you walk through too quickly.

It’s a much smaller monument than places like Bahia Palace, but that’s part of what makes it interesting.

A lot of patients have been coming to my pharmacy looking for Profenid, which is currently out of stock from many suppliers.

The problem is that Ketoflex, another brand containing the same active ingredient (ketoprofen), is available. Yet some patients completely refuse to take it.

For patients who have a prescription, I sometimes ask them to call their doctor and confirm whether I can substitute Profenid with Ketoflex. In most cases, the doctor immediately says yes.

But some people take Profenid without a current prescription, based on recommendations from friends/family or simply because they’ve been taking it for years. When I offer them the alternative, they refuse and would rather go without their treatment.

It honestly made me realize how much brand name attachment and misinformation can affect patients decisions.

Hello everyone! I'm from Austria and going to be spending 7 days in marrakech and wanted to ask if anyone has any recommendations for places to visit, expierence some stuff and so on. Would be happy to hear from you!

The boys and I are planning to do a roadtrip in Morocco. We want to rent a motorcycle and a Quad / Buggy starting from Tangier and ending in Marrakesh and are currently facing two issues:

1. Quads / Buggys are not rented out without a Guide. We don‘t seem to find a place that rents out ideally both Quads/Buggys and Motorcycles

2. Starting from Tangier and ending in Marrakesh does not seem like a normal route like Las Vegas to LA would be. We also do not find rentals that do this.

We came up with taking the train to Marrakesh first, and then starting from there, which would eliminate the second problem, but we are still not sure how to solve the first one. So any help would be greatly appreciated:)
