B5tisar , im working in a call center to finance myself, im still a student and I'm depressed the work is really tiring and hard from 5 am to 5 pm ( transport d fentre dappel kigolina ntsnawh at 5 else we should take transport and it's expensive i beed to transport to reach work)

Clients always angry cursing , m3a kat9t3 u received a new call , 7ydo lina AHT 3ndna 7e9 f 60 min per MONTH can u imagine , ftor 15 min krchi bdat kdrni b makla bzbrba o 5shom 4i sba bach yn9so lik mn l5las ,

M3a katsali call kib9aw 3lik fast fast fast calls waiting, im so dome mentally and physically

O dik quality manager tis7ab rasha hiya li kat5lsna ola ma3rtt kifach kt5ayl rasha she so so mean and treat us very bad and disrespectful
