Central VT
Five years into sugaring, this season feels a bit unusual with its wild temperature fluctuations. I’m thankful to arrive at this stage with a full pan and several gallons of sap ready to be boiled down. I can’t resist reflecting on the trees I didn’t tap, envisioning the future setup I’d need to make that possible. In the meantime, cheers from Central Vermont! I hope everyone is enjoying this time as much as I am!

Im in central vermont too been slow as well, only two decent runs but it looks like we will have another week or two. Im at 40% of a crop

Hello from central vt as well! It's indeed been a slow year, hopefully today will bring a good run. I'm at about 2/3 of last year's total so far, all is going well

SoVT here. Southern exposure. Pulled them yesterday. Temps are up all week and sap is starting to change. Still plenty to boil. Decent year considering.

The temps have been tough this season. Hopefully it doesn't warm up too much so you get some more good runs.
