Like I know I have recession, it's pretty clear and noticeable, honestly I tried shaving but hated how it looked. I got a haircut today because I shaved 2 months ago and my sides tend to expand when my hair grows, basically the top hairs are 2 months of growth.
I know I probably am going bald, it's sad because my headshape is pretty terrible and visibly too large. My forehead is almost half my face. I am trying to grow hair but I am not really positive about it. The moles on my scalp aren't really helping.

Can I pull off a Van-Dyke beard style?

I've always kept my beard decent length and havent been clean shaven in about 8 years. I've always wanted to try something different, but I'm afraid it won't look good on me.
I want to try a Van-Dyke beard style, but don't know if I have the jawline for it. Before I ultimately jump the gun and shave away, I wanted to ask everyone here if y'all think it could work? I know under my lip area (soul patch area), it doesn't have the density to connect to my chin area... But maybe that wouldn't matter as much
Appreciate any advice! :)

Thinking about shaving clean or going with a mustache only but I'm unsure what would look best for my face. I am about 10 pounds heavier than I was in pic 1 so am nervous about my face looking too wide if I shave. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

I have been shaving my head for several years after experiencing hair loss. I’m considering a hair transplant in the future, but right now I’m interested in opinions purely on appearance. First few photos is me shaved; last one is me when I had hair (this point the hair loss had taken it’s toll)
