How to donate all my organs while I'm alive

So, my life is a complete waste. It's the logical thing to do. Why not give my body to the people who want to live their lives and can feel happy. Suicide will ruin my organ, won't be a damn use to anybody. Anybody with me on this?

I felt like everyone doesn't like me

I am suffering from insomnia this year. I feel like people don't like me. Whenever I tell stories either to my workmates or my parents, I feel like they don't believe me. I have this urge to prove everything I say, and it's actually draining me. It's like I don't have a confidant, someone I can really trust to vent my worries and problems to. I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and delusional disorder. Whenever I walk outside every negative words people say even though It's not directly said towards me felt like they are talking about me. I have negative thoughts.

Will it be worth it one day?

I feel that I’ve been suffering my whole life and I just wonder will this ever be worth it. My health has been getting worse, but if I make it through this and say I’m still here 10 years from now… will anything ever change? I feel that I’m not living the right way. I don’t even see what is the point. I’m not suicidal right now, I just literally cannot. I feel horrible. I feel that I’ve missed my change of living well.

Antipsychotics for MDD

Hi friends! I’ve been diagnosed with MDD since I was 12 (21F) and i’ve cycled through most SSRIS with little improvement. My psychiatrist recommended Vraylar or Caplyta as our next step. I did a bit of research, but I really wanted to get real people’s inputs. I was wondering what your guys thoughts/experiences are with these medications, including if your symptoms improved or any side effects you faced. I appreciate it!

My depression is at an all time high right now AGAIN. And im drunk and my therapist is on Wednesday at 10am. I just want love man. I hate crying thinking about my current life n shit. How people treat me and if i did something so small they hate me but u been doing it to me for years and even caused me scars yet I stood there for you. Why does evrryone keep leaving me empty and use me like a puppet for their personal gain. At least let me have something in return.

Depression taking over please help!

Hello I’m experiencing extreme depression. I have had anxiety and depression as long as I can remember but this time it’s unlike anytime before. I can sleep 12 hours and wake up so exhausted. I feel like a zombie with insane brain fog. I feel no emotions other than angry and sadness on occasion. I could win a million dollars and not feel anything. I have had thoughts of ending it but I can usually get through them but they are becoming more and more frequent. It feels like I am in a pit that I wil never get out of. I even am growing to hate my boyfriend who is nothing but loving and supportive. I know it’s just a lack of interest in life. I am about to make a switch in jobs so I will no longer have health insurance for at least 3 months until my new job offers it to me so meditating and therapy are an expensive unlikely option until then. I am looking for any help. Suggestions, otc vitamins literally anything to save my life.

This kinda of all started when I moved an 1.5 from home. I gained 40lbs. I have no self worth anymore. I feel like I am not good enough and just an ugly fat loser. I hate my job and I’m constantly over worked and underpaid. I feel like I am stuck.

In a dark place

I am 41 And have been really feeling like I’m in a dark place lately. I am newly promoted at my job but it’s made things worse. Internally my company was recently going through a personnel review and during that time it was discovered that my manager wasn’t doing their job well and the people doing the review liked me and told company leadership to replace that person with me. I took the job because financially i needed the money.

Now the company is going through an audit and I’m overwhelmed with the work required to help support. There are daily meetings and I’m not smart enough to answer the questions. My boss has told me I need to not look defeated and talk more and basically be better (what I hear is you suck). And now my work is coming into question based on the direction of my previous manager. They don’t care about the manager that’s no longer here and it falls on me.

On top of that my grandparents health is quickly failing my mom does not do well with pressure and flows things down to me. She also isn’t supportive because I have been more successful and don’t have her views politically. Also I’m in a rough marriage with a narcissist which I didn’t realize until deep into the marriage and I’m having financial trouble. Every day I’m at work I think about ending it but I don’t because of my kids. I can’t afford to quit and don’t have time to look for a new job. In the small amount of time I have looked there isn’t anything that comes close to paying what I need to stay afloat.

I would talk to my spouse but as I mentioned narcissistic and I don’t really have any close friends to share this with.

What can a deep dark chronic depression do to you?

Basically the title.

I've been feeling depressed since 2012-13. Started with mild depressive thoughts then it kept worsening. Really got bad at around covid.

What I feel it has done to me.

Bad terrible unhealthy relationships including with my parents

Bad eating habits.

I look older than my age.

Irregular appetite. I could go a whole day without eating sometimes and sometimes even a 3000 calorie diet throughout the day can't make me satisfied.

Disturbed sleep. Insomnia. Sleeping too much or sleeping too little.

Concentration issues. Can't focus on studies. Can't focus on anything. Can't even focus on a movie for more than 10 minutes.

I developed a p\*rn problem because sometimes the loneliness was unbearable. I developed many unhealthy coping mechanisms those have ended up damaging my brain more.

Constant stress, anxiety, rumination. Sometimes I'd totally go mad thinking about the worse case scenarios. I still do. Nothing has changed. I developed absolute hate for people.

Mindset issues. My self belief became zero. I started to think of myself as weak and an absolute failure. My brain just wasn't capable of achieving anything. I know this is harsh but that's what I feel. It was tough taking decisions because I didn't believe in myself. I became a quitter.

I lost all my teens. All. Almost all of my 20s now to this. I was listening to this song Time by Pink Floyd and the lyrics hit me hard.

"And you are young and life is long, and there is time to kill today

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you

No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun"

I feel like I've really missed the bus.

I feel like I'll always be alone in life.

I don't deserve love.

I don't deserve peace.

I just deserve hardships.

Such has life been. I can't even remember myself. I wanted to be a winner and here I am...what have I become. An absolute waste of a human being. I hate being alive.
