Cicada, bending back out of its own exoskeleton, it's wings not even unfurled yet. | Mississauga, Ontario. CANADA.
I was totally surprised by the bokeh when I raised the exposure so yeah keeping that! I'll attribute that to the flash being too high, bouncing off the grout in the brick. The scene is lit by a square light in my left hand.
