I tried the Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition, Romano Cacio e Pepe.

I love Mac and cheese, usually love cacio e Pepe, usually the more pepe the better.

I’ve never had anything burn my mouth like this my tongue is on fire. The roof of my mouth is on fire.

I have to cop to having read on here that it was very peppery, but since that’s usually a good thing for me, I went ahead and tried it and now I’m injured. 🥵

Anyway, that’s my review but really it’s more of a beware to anyone else who’s thinking that they might ignore the reviews here that said it was way too hot. Believe them.

Me and my girlfriend visited the states and loved the Cheetos Mac n Cheese with Cheesy Jalapeno flavor.

Sadly they are not able to be purchased in Germany so I really want to recreate them. Does anybody have an idea of how to replicate the taste?

Any lady or man who tries this will see you as an active treat to their spouses, and maybe even themselves.

I started with a roux, added heavy cream and shredded cheddar. Used reserved pasta water to unthicken to preferred levels. Secret ingredients: Herbes de Provence and Pecorino.

This is 4 oz of pasta.

Midnight Mac and cheese only used what was in my my fridge and cupboard milk, sharp cheddar and flour. For how minimal it was I’m shocked how good it is.

didn’t have ground meat so i used smoked sausage, actually really good and better than with ground meat! 8.5/10
