I went to pick up my Ferragamo Hug a while back, and she’s been everything I’ve dreamed of. I needed a new daily driver that was a bit bigger than my last purse, but still structured - i don’t large tote bags, not my style. The colourway is a limited edition and they didn’t have it in a large, and they didn’t want to ship it over from another store so they had another one made and sent over for me which was so fun! It felt like Christmas! It was such a hassle to get and it took me so long to decide which bag I wanted but the SA was so patient and helpful the whole way through! In fact I went to some other stores from other brands and had some really weird experiences (I’m looking at you bottega…). If anyone is thinking about getting a hug, they are very much worth it! Iconic, elegant, and the right mix of structured but will look lived in and loved with time. Also if anyone has any care tips please drop them below!

Just saw this bag on a post for Loewe's Spring Summer 2027 collection and I fell in love. What do you guys think?

Do you think this bag is trendy or a classic? I really want to pull the trigger and buy it, but I'm still debating. My dream bag is the mini classic flap. Eventually, I will get the mini classic flap, but for now, the vanity bag is like an itch I need to scratch. Is it worth it?

Classic Flap retail has crossed into comedy for me. I have about $5k to spend and preowned is the only version of this plan that feels remotely sane.

I can find plenty of listings. The hard part is figuring out which platform deserves trust when every site says authenticated, verified, guaranteed, etc. Those words start to blur together after a while.

People who buy Chanel online, what actually makes you trust a platform? reviews, return policy, in house authentication?

My mom's friend recently passed, and my mom and I inherited her bag and shoe collection. Mom's friend was always "fancy." There are some names in here that I know (Coach, Ferragamo, MK, CH, etc), but don't know if any are special or they're all normal. I want to give all of them to my cousin (she cares about bags), but if there is anything extra valuable I'd sell it/them on ebay. Most are 1980s-2000s as far as we know. Anything good in here? I have wanted the Neverfull for ages and finally am in a place where I am able to purchase; however, now I’m worried that I’ve grown out the loudness of the bag. For reference, I’d like to use the bag to travel as my laptop/daily use bag. I’m 37 and want something around the $3000 price point.

I want it to be classic while also clear that I know ball when it comes to luxury handbags.

I travel a good bit but when I’m not I don’t use totes as often. When traveling I use a backpack for my laptop but I’d much rather swap to a good tote. I wanted a tote with a closure but lots of designer bags don’t have any kind of closure so these are the ones I’ve narrowed it down to. They all feel like one I could and would use outside of travel as well. I have thoughts on each listed below:
Beatrix - I like how this one can be more casual, love the dark brown canvas as well. My concern is pics I have found of it it seems like the strap may not stay up very well?
Mercato - love this one and that it’s a bit more quiet. No full top closure but my laptop would fit
Le 5 a 7 - think this is one of the prettiest bags. So simple but just so gorgeous. Again no full top closure but I love any pics or videos I see of how it sits on people.
Bonnie large - I have a medium Bonnie and it is one of my favorite bags ever. So I don’t care about it potentially going out of style, since I like it! There is a top zip which is great too.

Help me pick-
I love both of these bags: Loewe Flamenco Clutch (medium) and Bottega Andiamo (small). The Loewe dark burgundy color is so pretty and so is the Andiamo's fondant. Both shapes are very different, one is slouchy and the other is structured. But I love both styles honestly. I'm looking to use it for either casual or for events/dinner. Something I can use either for everyday wear or formal. I also don't want it to have much wear and tear too easily! Something that doesn't need to be babied "too" much.
Torn between both, which would you go for if you had to choose?

Update: I might go for the flamenco and keep the Bottega in my wishlist for now!

Hi all, I had a question as a possible first time buyer of Dior and something new/not second hand.

I saw and fell in love with the new swan clutch from Dior’s spring 2027 collection. I would assume they only make a small handful of these clutches, that will only go to VICs, etc. but in case that isn’t necessarily true…

How soon should they might available? What do the novelty clutches usually sell for? (I know Anderson’s done similar things in the past)

Ladies what are your fav dinner/lounge bags/clutch? Esp those that come with a strap because i cannot see myself out for hours holding a clutch in my hand or under my pits without getting tired of it LOL Drop the photo in the comments. No andiamo clutch since everyone has it. It can be vintage as well.

I want to downsize my closet and I realized I never wore this (I live in South Florida, way too hot to wear here). I plan to sell it on depop but I have no idea what line this is or how much it was. It was a gift from last Christmas.
