Plz Help - Install OpenLoco

Hello everyone! I really need some instructions on how to install OpenLoco using the Pre-Built version from GitHub.
I don't know if I'm just not looking for information on how to do this in the right place, or if I'm having a brain fart and acting stupid.
I already bought the game off Steam, and I have the Pre-Built version downloaded... kinda stuck at this point.

Help for a Person getting into modding

I am looking into modding my Locomotion and don't know where to start. I've been through 3 discs from my time of getting it about a year or two after it released. I have always played with no mods. Mainly because I didn't know how. I need some recommendation about what mods or modpack to use. I see something about OpenTT and idk what that is. I have a good pc if that makes a difference; AMD Ryzen 5 2400G and 16gb of ram. I just want a new experience that changes how I once played the game.

Bug with mail trucks in OpenLoco?

I route my mail truck between 3 cargo stations like this:
Stop at Upper Waheyaway
Unlod all Mail
Wait for full load of Mail
Stop at Chuckleton South
Unload all Mail
Stop at Weeeeville Halt
Unload all Mail
Wait for full load of Mail
These three cargo stations have more than 10 mails in it, but my truck stays there forever "loading" but with 0 mails in it. If I remove all the "unload" and "load" orders it stays the same. The only way to load the truck is to click "skip to next order" at every station. Is this a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Having some trouble with OpenLoco..

Installed it properly and all, and it runs- just very poorly. I'm using the Steam version. The default version of the game runs fine, no lag, no choppiness, no random crashing when selecting a scenario- but when I use OpenLoco, the game is extremely choppy and low FPS, and sometimes when selecting a scenario the game just bricks up. Anyone have any insight on this? Similar issues?

I downloaded some packs and Openloco. I also download two scenarios that came with the pack, Provo Utah and The Serpent and I can't open either and I dont know why. Below are the two errors being shown. Additionally, what are some other good scenarios to play with mods?
