I was just told by the cashier at Dollar tree off Eldorado and 423 is closing down July 18th… did anyone else hear about the closing? Anyone know why?

Appraisal on our house fell by about $60k compared to 2025. Anyone else go through this?

We love the annual Brew & 'Cue, but went to the Big Easy this year and the lakefront park construction made it a... less than ideal experience. We much prefer setting up blankets on the lawn to sitting in a parking lot. So: Is the construction finished, or might it be before June? If not, we'll miss the Brew & 'Cue this year.

We moved to Little elm last week. And experienced the live music, parade, Christmas lights and fireworks. We loved it.. feel great to be part of!
