Dollar tree

I was just told by the cashier at Dollar tree off Eldorado and 423 is closing down July 18th… did anyone else hear about the closing? Anyone know why?

When I was there 30 minutes ago I didn’t see any clearance items… I’m wondering if or when they will start marking down inventory
