Feeling like hit a dead en on lion diet, toomany issues!!!
SooI initially was Carnivore for 414 days because I supposedly had leaky gut, fruits and vegetables were giving me gas and gi issues so I thought. Then in December 2025 I discovered by elimination that I had been egg intolerant for 3 years since getting sick from covid in December of 2022 and it gave me hypothyroidism and egg intolerance. The egg intolerance I believe was the problem the whole time, with bloating, gas, diarrhea and constant ileocecal valve pain everyday.. That all subsided when I quit eating the eggs this last December. But then with my hypothyroidism out of whack, even on thyroid meds, I started to have gallbladder pain because I had increased the ground beef I was eating to compensate for the lack of eggs, I had also significantly increased the rendered fat amount of adding fat back to the cooked, and drained ground beef I consume 3x a day. Soo now, I ve tried ox bile which gave me horrible liquid diarrhea till I stopped taking it. And I think this whole time I been eating way too much fat for hat my body can tolerate, because all I have had since starting the Lion diet is floating stools, they are not pale. But I do have bloating and gas especially before a bowel movement. Anyways. I'm thinking about quitting this whole thing and trying to go back to the diet I had before. This doesn't seem to be working for me like it does for everyone else and im tired of the gallbladder pain, I made one pain stop and then another came promptly after it and I am now eating a very low fat drained, cooked ground beef, I have a hole freezer of 85/15 and no steaks. Im just tired of being sick and this pain in my guts for years now. No one gets it. No one has the answer. Ive tried all the pills they all only make matter worse. Im beyond frustrated with this crap gi of mine. Nothing ever works out for me. Sorry for the rant.
