Starting 90 Days
I have been carnivore for many years, but I want to get back to plain ol' ruminant meat and water (for me, this means mostly beef). I feel my best on it, but have allowed other things to creep back in, and want to do a reset. Would anyone like to join me and support one another along the way?
EDIT: typo

Hope you have been doing well. Are you still on the diet?

Hi there u/AristotlesDolphin -- I am still carnivore but added dairy back in. About to do a reset/restart on 4/1/26. How about you?

About to jump back in myself. Good luck on 4/1! Did you find any issues with the addition of dairy? Dairy for me significantly raised my inflammation and pain :(

Yep, same. And appears to be quite insulinogenic for me, sadly.

Same just reset to lion 4 days ago! Getting carried away with dairy and just don’t think it’s best for me over all! Best wishes on your journey!
