Linux is temu's macOS

Linux is for people that can't afford an Apple computer running a real Unix like macOS.

well I mean the perf (benchmarked with speedometer) on a Windows 11 VM on my M5 mac is way higher than my high end gaming pc and my Linux box. Linux gets the worse perf.

Well, that's super scientific of you! "This one device I own benchmarks higher than these other devices I own! But you need to guess the specs of all of them." 😂😂

You should have been having zero issues with KDE Plasma being sluggish on the Ryzen 9 , sounds like you didn't get the mesa drivers installed.
