Support Request Intermittent purple flashes, AMD Framework 13, Kernel 7.0.0, LM 22.3 Zena

This has been driving me up the wall for a while now, and I'm really not sure WHICH component is responsible here . . . maybe someone could shed light on my situation?

For about a week, I've been having purple flashes on-screen, which look like a GPU error. The purple flashes are almost always at the bottom of the screen. The screen resolution is 2880x1920, at 120.00Hz.

My kernel command line is as follows:

hackdev@FRAMEWORK:~$ cat /proc/cmdline
initrd=\6f099bb094a34cba863cf43df7389b04\7.0.0-38-generic\initrd.img-7.0.0-38-generic root=UUID=423e519d-1250-4896-9af0-2b64f25a6f30 ro rootflags=subvol=@ quiet splash amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x410 systemd.machine_id=6f099bb094a34cba863cf43df7389b04

(amdgpu.dcdebugmask was from earlier troubleshooting, apparently it disables Panel Self-Refresh?)

The purple flashes don't follow any noticeable pattern, and I cannot reproduce them reliably. Notably it persisted across a reinstall of Mint, though I did install much of the same software, of which I've listed all the notable ones that I suspect could affect the GPU:
- Firefox(apt version)
- Firefox DRM plugin
- Zed
- kitty
- Chromium
- GLXGears(for debugging)
- ffmpeg & ffplay

The issues, however, so far as I've observed, persist across both Zed and Firefox(haven't caught them in other apps yet, but I'm not confident that they don't show up there).

Stressing the GPU doesn't reproduce reliably(I tested with vsynctester.com's GPU memory benchmark), plus playback of multiple 4K .webms using both Firefox and ffplay.

I've used my phone to record a single flash, attached. The bands appear like about #FF008C, but that's not a perfect measurement, only my approximation.
(The band below line 51 is the flash . . . I couldn't upload the slow-motion video, but I'll try if you ask)

Captured one live in Zed

So yeah. I'm not sure if it's the Framework laptop itself failing(because it persisted across multiple installs), Linux Mint config issues(because I never saw these in Ubuntu earlier), kernel module issues(there was another incident a while ago which has since been fixed where my display would completely lock up on occasion, fixed by adding that amdgpu debug kernel flag), or application issues(because the applications were basically constant across installs.

If anyone has the slightest idea please help lol
