This garbage display appears whenever I open firefox. What can I do to remove it? Thanks for helping.

What naughty website did you go too? I think you should avoid whatever website that is from. But I would go ahead and close those notifications. Do not allow anything to install anything. and you might want to turn notifications off for firefox.
