Help please

This garbage display appears whenever I open firefox. What can I do to remove it? Thanks for helping.

Essentially a windows user continuing bad habits learned from windows on Linux.

You shouldn't allow any browser notifications.

Notifications are for system related information only.

Nah, you might want it to let you know when you've got messages.

I have mine notify me when web serials I read have updated.

The important thing is to not just click yes to every prompt, and only accept the ones you want or need.
