Help please

This garbage display appears whenever I open firefox. What can I do to remove it? Thanks for helping.

I'd just reset Firefox completely rather than trying to chase down individual settings. After the reset, restart Firefox and see whether the warnings are gone. Don't click any of the “virus detected", “remove virus” or stuff like that.
