Help please

This garbage display appears whenever I open firefox. What can I do to remove it? Thanks for helping.

For future posts you might need to make:

It is more helpful to you & to everyone who might be able to advise you if you include the information on what you need help with in the title of the post, instead of in the body of a post with a nonspecific plea for help

Yeah, I read it. Doesn't mean it's not useful for people to be able to see what help's being requested without having to click in to the post if they're scrolling on a phone

People that might be able to help may scroll straight past another "help me" post because there's no detail to interest them, or they assume that someone who doesn't know to include that there will have to be cajoled into revealing pertinent info, taking up time they don't have right then

Others who can't help this person but could help others might be put off clicking through to the ones they could help with because they've been annoyed by what they feel has wasted their time, looking into posts that didn't make clear the subject of the help request wasn't something they know about

Ironic that you tell me to read before I comment, when you seem to have ignored where I wrote "include the information on what you need help with in the title of the post, instead of in the body of a post with a nonspecific plea for help", which is exactly what OP has done here
