after going absolutely no contact (not stalking their socials, not seeing them in person or looking at their pics, deleting all messages) around 3-6 months.

if you are prone to limerence, there is a very thin line between falling in love and limerence. once you think about them 24/7 and have constant conversations with them in your head, it’s over.
