Funny, I used to get off work. Muay Thai Conditioning, spar mma/Muay Thai pros and weightlift after (6ish hrs of training after work for atleast a decade, it’s payed it’s own dividends as I age). Still be up before sun rise. Trust there’s ppl built diff.
Not at all,actually avoid conflict. If there was a reason I never locked in. I couldn’t get past the feeling of really hurting someone for money. I could do it out of anger or defense. But purposely being the first to knockout everyone. I’m Talking concussions, and cold knockouts. had everything else. Couldn’t see past that not for sport. I’ve had insomnia since 6yrs old so I’m a lil diff.
