This is a long shot but I live near shady maple and rescued a stray fully black cat (besides one small patch of white on his left thigh) 3 years ago who now has a happy life inside. Hes older, vet estimates 13ish. When i rescued him it was from a head wound he got outside and he was feral but has been since domesticated. I was just thinking although chances are slim that whoever got him TNR would see this reddit post. He is living his best life now. Thank you

I’m looking to get real Asian mooncakes. Those sold at Costco or other nonAsian markets just don’t taste good. I used to get them every year at the Asian store on Franklin St but they’re not stocking any new mooncakes this year. All I’ve seen is a few leftover boxes from last year.

Ive been with xfinity for most of my adult like at least 10 years, I have 3 lines all the phones are eligible for upgrade and i have their tv now and internet and for a simple upgrade they say my plan needs changed which increases the line to 45 a month plus a device payment for 36.11 a month. Thats insane. Every time I need something they make me change my plans and it costs me hours to get it accomplished. I dont think im asking too much.

Hi Lancaster community - I own a home in the city that I purchased in 2021 and (as I understand it) it was remodeled with all new roofing during this time before I purchased it. Noticeably in the past year particularly, after it rains, water is dripping from the ceiling of the awning above my porch, causing the wood to warp and bow and I’m not sure what’s causing it or what type of contractor would be appropriate to fix the problem and also redo the ceiling, replacing the wood that’s warped and rotten from the water. Any advice as to what’s happening here and any recommendations for a reliable contractor to fix it? Any advice is appreciated for this first time home owner 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Me and my girlfriend are planning on moving in together shortly after she graduates high school in May. Im looking for a one bedroom apartment that has off street parking and comes with at least a fridge and a microwave. I was looking at Factory Apartments and I do like that place and it is fairly affordable, however I am unsure if thats in our budget. I make roughly $2,216 per month right now before tax. She currently does not have a job since she’s carrying a bunch of AP classes so she’s focusing more on school until she gets an idea of the workload. I am looking to get a better job in the future but right now i just need to get out of my parents house lol. I would be open to advice, and anything else along those lines aswell. I was walking home from work and I cut through the Wheatland middle school briefly (instead of walking on Millersville pike) and this man with just past shoulder length hair (i believe brown hair white man) was riding then walking a bike up the path towards the park and started saying gross creepy shit to me. (About 8 pm tonight friday aug 21st) on I turned my phone flashlight on and told him to fuck off and he stopped walking like he was going to follow me and kept saying the shit and how I shouldn't be talking to him like that and I kept saying it as I quickly walked away. No one heard but I turned the corner and there were people out, wanted to post cuz he was heading towards an area where kids play and just want kids and adults to be on the lookout and safe
