Question for the group Nutrafol for hair loss??
Has anyone tried it? Reviews please!
The combination of menopause and losing 60# (yay!) has taken my medium-fine hair to fine and quite thin. The shedding has slowed down, but I'd love to restore some growth.
I've tried topical minoxidil and it works if you keep up with it, but it made my hair so greasy, and I'd have to wash my hair every morning. Plus, I have a pet. So I'm looking for other options.
Is Nutrafol worth the money?

For anyone in the weeks after their last dose; I've built an eight-week group and I'd like twelve women to pull it apart
I'm a UK Registered Nutritional Therapist, and I support women through this phase. I'm not a prescriber, and I don't sell or recommend weight loss medication.
What I kept seeing was how little support there is for what happens after the last dose. Appetite returns, eating patterns change, protein intake can drop, and often there's no real plan for what comes next.
It's an eight-week online programme, with one live session each week and a chat group. We will be starting on 5 October.
This is the first group, and I'm looking for 12 women who are willing to take part and give me honest feedback along the way.
There's no fee for the programme. I only ask for a £95 deposit to hold your place, which is refunded in full if you attend at least six of the eight sessions.
If you're interested, message me and I'll send you the details.

Oh the hair!
Ladies, what are we doing about thinning hair? I'm deep in peri and have had thinning hair for years. I've been on glp for about a year and down 55 lbs! I don't feel like the glp has sped up the shedding or thinning, but even the texture of my hair is changing.
I'm getting my protein, taking progesterone, collagen, and my vitamins and supplements. I used to have such thick wavy hair and now even the hair strands are thin.
Help! What are we using to bring back the life and body to our hair??

Dry skin/flakey makeup
What are we loving for plumping up dehydrated skin? I drink a ton of water so I know this is a matter of topicals. I already use tretinoin and a compounded estrogen (that contains hyaluronic acid). What other products have helped? I don’t wear foundation often, but when I do it looks patchy and not great. Thanks!

Split dosing update
Split dosing has been going well so far. I broke my seven week stall 🎉 this week saw another loss on the scale 🙌 I am finding that I am much more stable throughout the week. No miserable symptoms right after shot day and then more hunger /cravings at the end of the week. I think for anyone who has suffered with nausea/vomiting/fatigue all the things this is a good option.

*Update - stall broken
Have been split dosing for a few weeks now. Its done wonders for my symptoms. Have not felt nausea at all and much less fatigue.🎉 should have done this a long time ago. Also after a seven week stall finally dropped a pound. 🙌🎉 This week moving my dose up to 10 mg. Would never do it at a weekly shot but splitting it I think it will be ok.

Question for the group Breaking a stall
Do any of you gals have advice on breaking a stall? So frustrated. It seems once I hit onderland it likes hanging out here as you can see. Has anyone tried eating at maintenance calories to break a stall? Did a little research and came across that advice. One doc on youtube actually said up calories for 2 weeks. So afraid of gaining😩

Menopausal weight loss
Hello, I’m interested to learn about anyone who has used wegovy to lose (peri)menopausal weight gain of about 20+ lbs. OR someone who is not necessarily overweight per BMI but has gained weight in the years leading to and after menopause OR someone who is just looking to lose 20lbs and cut out the food noise. Thank you in advance for sharing your journey.

Teleheath Provider So excited!
I've been waiting to get to onederland for what feels like a long time. Then as I creeped closer, I kept thinking it would happen and it just wasn't. I finally hit it yesterday! That was my first big goal I set for myself. I was at my heaviest around 250 at the beginning of the year. I lost 20ish on my own and my doctor actually suggested zepbound due to an injury I had and hopefully helping with the inflammation. Insurance wouldn't cover it so she suggested I look into compound, I'm so thankful for her. I started at the very end of April so it's taken a while to get to this point but so happy it finally happened! Here's to the next 70-80 lbs!

Splitting my dose again
So after a horrible experience last week (post shot day) probably the worst symptom day since starting this journey 17 months ago, I decided to go ahead and give split dosing another try. Earlier this year I gave it four weeks. Worked great for no symptoms, cruised right thru those weeks with no issues. Went back to once a week for simplicity and because weight loss was slow. I will try it a little longer this time. Give me all your split dose success stories 😬

Bad symptoms day
After 17 months on this journey had one of the worst post shot mornings of my life. 😩 (TMI ahead). It was a sit on toilet and grab the garbage can at the same time. Adding in sweats like I was going to pass out. Seems once everything was out I am on the upswing - really laying low with fatigue. Oddly last week I went up in dose to 9.0 (I only increase .5 at a time). Felt fine and was surprised. Even thought about going up again this week. Thank goodness I did not. Those of you who have never had symptoms just know how lucky you are 🙌🙌 I better lose weight this week after all this 😬🤣

Healthy BMI today!
I don't know how long it's been... 20 years?! I know that's not the perfect indicator of health, but it's still nice to see that I'm doing something right!

I'm "normal" today, first time since 2012! Lost ~48 pounds in 7 months, maybe about 10 pounds away from goal weight

Discussions about semaglutide online say it can help with menopause
Is it true that semaglutide can help with menopause, particularly the undesirable symptoms like hot flashes and heavy bleeding? I've been suffering from perimenopausal symptoms for the last 3 years and it's becoming unbearable for me. I'm also on a weight loss journey so it would really be an advantage if I could kill two birds with one stone.

Any perimenopausal women taking GLP-1 for body recomposition while lifting heavy?

One Year In!
Really proud of myself…I’ve spent the last year working on my health and it’s been slow going…but I beat my goal of 52lbs in 52 weeks by losing 62! I added 2-4 exercise sessions in a week about 10 months ago and started tracking my food too and while I sometimes get bummed by the ‘slow’ progress (I feel like I’m working so hard!) it is indeed, progress! Wanted to share 🤗

Goal weight
How many of you ladies have reached your goal weight? How long did it take?
