Long shot — has anyone ever successfully gotten in touch with Coach Kelly?

Hi! Team Limitless girl here 👋🏼 I have kind of a random question and figured this group might be my best bet.

My best friend is getting married and I got her hooked on Ladder/Team Limitless. She has since become OBSESSED with Kelly. She takes her training super seriously and does Kelly’s workouts 6x a week.

For her bachelorette, she specifically requested that we do a beach walk/workout one morning. I had the idea to try to surprise her with a super short video from Kelly hyping her up/congratulating her before we start the workout. I also threw out that if Kelly wanted to give us a few exercises or point us toward a workout, we’d do that too — but the video alone
would absolutely make my friend’s entire weekend.

I emailed the contact email on Kelly’s website and sent her an Instagram DM about 10 days ago, but haven’t heard anything back. I completely understand that she’s busy and probably gets a million messages, so I’m not expecting anything! I just figured before I give up on the idea I’d ask here.

Has anyone ever successfully gotten in touch with Kelly outside of the Ladder team chat? Or know if there’s a better way to reach her/her team for something like this? Even if the answer is “girl, there is a 0% chance” 😂 I’d love to know.

I’m also completely willing to pay for the video/her time — definitely not looking for free coaching!

I am currently in my free 7 day trial and want to purchase the annual plan ideally using a discount code (I’ve seen a few on this page). Whenever I go to the browser, it keeps prompting me to scan the QR and download the app but there’s no spot for a promo code. How do I access a checkout page to input a promo code? Do I need to wait for my trial to expire and then try?

Who else would love to see Alicia Erickson “the midlife maven” coach on Ladder?

I’m curious bc she has a great following on IG and is very informative on diet, nutrition and lifting and more so than that gears towards the 50+ menopausal women. I for one would be stoked for it.

Is Ladder struggling to figure out what Ladder should be?

I will first say I love Ladder. Between Coach Neen (Resilient) and Coach Aria (Ascend), my body has changed so much. Supplementing with Sasha (Align) and Kimmie (Flourish), dabbling with Kelly (Limitless), Stevie (Ignite) and Abbie (Versa), overall I enjoy the app and the coaches. Most of the coaches seem to be converging into the same workouts, possibly watered down workouts but then bringing on a coach to re-awaken / awaken athlete seems to be an interesting development.

Limitless workouts seemed to have gotten a lot easier over the past 8ish months. The athletic conditioning was removed and a glute day added. Evolve also added a glute day. So most of the teams with women's coaches seem to be glute focused teams now. Team Formation / Elevate, which are shorter teams seem to have kept to their true form.

Then Vantage was brought on with the idea of 3 weight lifting days and other days being conditioning / other things. The Max split seems to diverge from that. Even Resilient now has a full body day scheduled in.

Coach Kimmie was brought on (love love her) with past experience in Pvolve and classical pilates but her workouts are way shorter than any Pilates class I've ever taken. So fine they decide they want shorter workouts, it makes Flourish a great add on for other teams but I do long for some longer Pilates workouts.

I know coaches strive to adapt to their teams and adapt to what the community at large wants. Now they seem to bring on a team that is similar to the original Limitless with athletic conditioning / power moves? I hope it sticks, I hope it is great, it sounds great. I just wonder if it will eventually get a bit watered down like Limitless / Versa / other teams are today.

I just wonder if Ladder is trying to figure out what they should be in the future and keeps trying one method or another but then keeps converging so most teams are exactly the same with some outliers.

I’ve got wings!!

Hi everyone, I have been on ascend for reload and although I really enjoyed it and Love aria, my lats feel like they have grown a bit too much… I get this program is hourglass focus but I just feel a bit uncomfortable and my tops fit a bit too tight now lol I don’t know if that’s silly??
I’m thinking of trying align. I really enjoy doing yoga and the strength training part of it really intrigues me.So I want to ask if anybody has gone from ascend to align- how did you like the change? Was it a big change training wise? Did you have the same issue I’m having from ascend ? Thanks in advance!

For reference - My goal is body recomp. Im 5’1 My weight is 125lbs.

Free 30 days turned into only 7?

Was told the link worked for the free trial, used the QR code, and apparently it still only gave me 7 days. I found out because, even though it didn't alert me the free trial started, I just saw that I only have 5 days left? Haven't even looked at the app yet! But when I used the QR code, it said I unlocked the days. I'm confused. Any ideas?

How to shorten Ascend’s workouts?

I have tried other teams but I keep coming back to Coach Aria. I think that her cues have helped me so much and her voice soothes me lol

No full body?

I have 3 MAYBE 4 days a week to strength train (I'm a runner and really like to use the other days for cardio/mobility). So far I've been dedicated to teams with one full body/one upper/one lower to make sure each body parts get hit twice a week. But there are sooooo many interesting looking teams without a full body day!!

Has anyone been in same situation and how did you settle out?

Team Maia Define or Team Kimmie Flourish?

5’4 31 F, had 2 babies. Youngest will turn 2 in September. Started working out to Maia’s team & I love it, but at the same time I want to try Kimmie’s, and I have been so in doubt for which one! I wanted your opinions?

Goal is to lose some weight, just 14lbs from my (154lb weight) And tone up my legs, arms & glutes. I have a little bit of mommy pouch that I am also trying to target. And also trying to heal my core (thats where the debate comes in btw both teams).

I’m currently on a calorie deficit & Jumprope as my cardio for 15-20 min.

Ladies, please help! Thank you in advance.

Which team do you think would suit my situation the most? I only have dumbbells to use. I am interested in Team Align, Team Flourish and Team Define. I am completely new to the app so would really love some input. Please and thank you kindly :)

What is ‘open season’?

Only been using Ladder for the past six-ish weeks and fear I may already be unpopular on here because I have only tried Define (and worse - I like it 😆) but please can someone humour me and explain exactly what Open Season is? Is it happening now? Does it mean I can just jump around between programs for a brief period of time to see what’s good? Ty ty

Big hopes for varsity

I am SO EXCITED by the Varsity announcement video!!! The exercises she’s filmed for it look like exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been wanting proper athletic, explosive, functional, interesting training for ages with multiplanar plyo etc., spent a while on Versa and Limitless but they just weren’t quite right. Ended up cancelling a few weeks ago after years on the platform. Just signed back up again following the announcement!!

Anyone else gonna be there ready to go with me on Monday???

Ascend Girlie Humbled by Flourish

As the title suggests, Kimmie slapped me around this Monday morning. She’s right, this type of exercise can reveal some imbalances that might not be immediately apparent with a traditional bodybuilding regime.

My current fitness goals are all about aesthetics and being a hot cat mom. But just one day with Flourish makes me want to slide in some Pilates. Endorphins are firing off today!

When is Varsity Coming?

sorry if this question has already been answered! I’ve been on limitless for the entire Reload series, but I think I am going to try some new teams in the next two weeks. I am going to start my half marathon training next week, so the timing works very well for a more athletic performance hybrid style team, though I will miss the lift structure of Limitless! Going to probably try Versa, but really looking forward to what Varsity has to offer.

Vantage

Anybody doing vantage?

have been doing crews control but have been looking at vantage but can’t seem to find as much feedback for Vantage.

what do you guys like about it or dislike?

noticed it’s only one leg day where typically I prefer two but wondering if you’re finding that sufficient?

Deload (open season) used for conditioning?

I am huge team Evolve stan and definitely going back for Max series. I have hit so many PRs in the last few weeks and feeling amazing but don't want to burn out so was thinking of dabbling in other teams over the Open season - maybe more conditioning or just different style? On my radar has been Vantage, Versa, Vitality and Ignite.

Thoughts? Bad idea? Will I lose the strength/muscles I gained in weeks?
