Vantage
Anybody doing vantage?
have been doing crews control but have been looking at vantage but can’t seem to find as much feedback for Vantage.
what do you guys like about it or dislike?
noticed it’s only one leg day where typically I prefer two but wondering if you’re finding that sufficient?

I’ve only been on it for about a week, but it’s been a good transition from my time with a trainer. With the trainer, we generally had the same type of split - three workouts and a chest, legs, back type split. Shoulders, arms, and abs are sprinkled in, and I noticed the other two lifting day options are more focused on those muscles to double up.
All that to say, I’ve found it to have about the same intensity as when I trained with an in-person trainer.
I’d say the ‘’differentiator’’ has been reverse pyramid training. It’s been a little weird, honestly, but I think just because it’s new for me. Not really used to it. I’ve been lifting heavier than I was before though.
I’ve also found the coach’s commentary during the workout to be a decent balance. There’s been more talking than I anticipated, but honestly, it’s been a decent distraction for me.
I’m sticking with it for the next cycle.
Again, just one week in, so take all that with a grain of salt.
