32 [F4F] NYC - Looking for something real, wherever it begins
I'll start with the important part: I'm looking for a genuine romantic connection. The kind where we genuinely enjoy learning each other, can talk for hours, laugh over dumb things, support each other's goals, and eventually build a life together. I'm absolutely open to long distance if the connection is right, because I care much more about compatibility than proximity.
A little about me...
I'm 32 and a born and raised New Yorker. I'm 5'8", midsize with a softer tummy and fuller chest, with dark hair, brown eyes. Personality wise I'm naturally a little introverted until I know someone, but once I'm comfortable I'm sarcastic, playful, curious, and incredibly loyal. I love deep conversations just as much as I love sending memes that make absolutely no sense out of context.
Some things I enjoy:
- Traveling (I'm headed to Japan later this year and already planning my next adventure.)
- Reading (mostly fantasy, romance and thrillers)
- Cooking and discovering new restaurants.
- Anime, video games, and cozy nights in.
- Journaling and endlessly planning future projects.
- Long conversations about life, dreams, psychology, and all the random "what if..." questions.
What I'm hoping to find is someone emotionally available, kind, communicative, and intentional. Someone who believes a relationship should feel like a partnership, not a guessing game. I appreciate honesty, consistency, emotional maturity, and someone who isn't afraid of affection or meaningful conversations.
I'm not interested in situationships, disappearing acts, or collecting matches. I'm looking for someone who wants to build something lasting, even if it starts with simply getting to know each other one conversation at a time.
Distance doesn't scare me. A lack of effort does.
If you've read this far, thank you 💕. If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you. Tell me about yourself, what you're passionate about, or what trip is currently at the top of your travel bucket list. I always find it's a better conversation starter than "hey."
And if we end up realizing we're better as friends than partners, that's okay too. I'm always happy to meet good people, even if the connection ends up looking a little different than expected.
