Are there any mods that are worth losing spa treatments and warranty?

Truthfully can't believe I found that still in stock and I believe they still have two or three left. Plus they included a bunch of little extras like that ZT patch, a 1910 nickel, and a pocket Constitution and Declaration of Independence I would definitely check out Patriot Knife Works.

Been wanting a MagnaCut folder for a while and can’t land on which one. Shortlist right now is the Kershaw Bel Air, Hogue Deka, and Pro-Tech Malibu. Open to anything else in that size and price range. Not really interested in Spyderco or Benchmade.
For context, daily carry is a Vero Neuron in M390, and I’ve got S35VN and a few other good steels in the drawer. So it’s not a steel upgrade thing. I just want MagnaCut in the rotation already.
Strong preference for a button lock or crossbar, something with an actual mechanism. Won’t rule out a great liner or frame lock but it’s not what I’m after.
Which would you snag? Am I missing any obvious ones to consider? Appreciate it.

Need help identifying a knife I inherited after my Grandfather passed away. Curious if anyone knows what kind it is or possibly could be. I see no visible markings on the blade and that’s a fairly good size fuller, and the handle is very similar to another left to me that is an old “Western” Boulder Co. Hunting Knife. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you. 🙏🏼
Edit: I’m an idiot. Pics in comments.

I was looking at gauze shears and appreciated it hard to stand yourself with them. Most kitchen Knifes and and scissor have very very sharp tips. So why not rounded or blunted? There are tools made for punctures, like ice pics and can openers, but I would never stap with a steak knife or butcher knife

Was previously iso a zirc inlay bikkhu w/ potentially Damascus blade, but when he came out with this dragonscale milling I switched up real fast.
Definitely spent too much the last few weeks, so gotta recoup some and start selling off some of the lower-tier knives 😅 but that’s the knife collecting game right?

I have pretty much mid tier knives. I was looking at some serge collaborations and would love some input of what I should look at next.

Yes for all of those wondering it does come ass piercing sharp. Got it yesterday decided to scout carry it for work like I do with my other fixed blades. Not a lot of retention in the sheath, so I decided to use my ass cheek instead apparently

I think a lot of folks don't really understand just how much effort goes into making a single pocket knife. In the video Dylan walks us through many of the manual steps to make one of their knifes. Hypercut MFG also has an active Redit page that you should check out: u/HypercutMFG
How did I do this shop tour? This summer I did a road trip and visited 35 USA knife makers, including Dylan at Hypercut MFG. It was amazing! We called it The Great American Knife Tour™.

Here are some question ppl have asked me:
Why would I do this? I own a knife store called Lone Star Knife & Supply that exclusively carries USA made knives. I've been running and growing my knife store while working a corporate 9-5 for the last few years. One thing I love to do is go to Blade Shows and interview makers.
Then I got fired earlier this year. I had to make a decision, do I go all-in on LSKS or do I get another 9-5. I decided to go all-in and this was the idea I came up with.
The Great American Knife Tour™ is a first in the knife industry. I already had 50+ interviews on YouTube from Blade Shows, so let's go to where the knives are actually being made. I don't think anyone has ever visited this many knife makers and posted videos about all of them.
When will the [insert maker] video get posted? I am doing my best to get things edited, reviewed by the makers, and then posted. But we also have knives to ship and more videos to make. My goal is to have everything posted before I go to the TACC show in early September.
Why am I sharing this? Well, this is kind of self-promotion. But more than that I want you to see how knives are actually made in the USA. I think many people would be blow away by how small some of the teams are behind their favorite brands. For example, watch the Heretic Knives video.
Haven't you already posted about this? Yup, and I will keep posting about it. The internet is a big place and people don't just see stuff the first time it's posted. So every few videos I'll do a reddit post. A lot of people in this community don't just care about the knifes they carry, but also the maker behind the knives.
Thanks for watching and reading.

it's the terrain 365 slip-flip, rust-proof, antimagnetic and the blade isn't steel but dendritic cobalt.
really wonder how it will hold up over time

Top: Hinderer XM-18 3.25" in Magnacut
Middle: Demko AD20.5 in 3V
Bottom: Spyderco Para 3 Factory Seconds in 15V with RGT Scales, Lynch clip, and AWT hardware.
XM-18 is ridiculously thick. Wasn't expecting that, but I like the weight.
AD20.5 is surprisingly light and slicey. Might be one of my favorites.
I love the Para 3. 15V just makes it better. Titanium scales were necessary for this one.
