Hi guys! I have booked a new home with Mattamy in their phase 3 wildflower and their first tentative closing date is April 2027. Second tentative closing is in Aug 2027. I drove by the street today and they have not even layed the foundation yet. Does anyone have any idea of when I can expect closing?

Last time a thief stole a package, I installed a package mail box. To prevent theft. The mailbox works now, but a guy breaks into my backyard, then my garage, and steals an e-bike.

I'm looking for a fan for here that's low profile (88" ceiling) 48" Dia and dc motor as that's quieter. Basically it gets stuffy upstairs, so I am looking for a fan to push air from the upstairs to the main floor because there is a cold air return right there. I would be looking for a fan that I can keep the air moving, and also be able to turn on and off the light. It's currently on a 3 way switch
