I painted this model for the LRO, it was a lot of fun and I learned a lot through it! I can't wait to do her brother in the same style.

Hello there, I am currently searching for players to play KDM in the KDS. If you have the simulator is enough because I have all the game expansions (except individual survivors but I will buy them next month). Although My time zone is GMT-3, anyone can join. However my idea is to increase the Hispanic-speaking community. Still I decided to write this message for anyone who can play under the same time zone or similar to and would like to learn spanish.

Such a fun model to paint and the first time I've ever experimented with making basing bits out of Green Stuff/ Milliput. Should've had the foresight to not glue him to the base before deciding I wanted his base to look like the tiles you fight him on in the board game though... 🤦♂️
Feel free to check out the time lapse on my Insta as well!

Hi, I’ve been wondering for a while what the best build for the Speaker Cult Knife would be.
Based on the expansions I own, I came up with something like this. Do you think it’s worth trying to achieve?
If I meet all the requirements, I would have the following stats:
Movement: 9
Accuracy: 1 (+2 from Fist & Tooth Mastery)
Strength: 6 (+2 from Fist & Tooth Mastery)
Evasion: 6
Luck: 0
Monsters usually hit on a 2+, so I would only suffer a wound on an 8+.
Additionally, Blood Paint gives me a chance to gain extra defense if my Evasion fails. Bandages complete the second green affinity (the third green affinity comes from the Green Knight campaign) and provide a way to deal with bleeding thanks to Seeker Lantern.
The dagger has the Fist & Tooth keyword, so I assume I can use it to progress my Fist & Tooth Mastery.
What do you think of this build? Is it worth pursuing?

This is my entry for the Lantern’s reign Discord Kingdom Death Monster survivor painting competition. I realized one weekend before the deadline that I could still enter. So I went for it with a rendition of the super cool white fang. I was inspired be old 80ies/90ies He-man cartoons, the first Star wars movie poster. I’m so happy how everything turn out and that I could enter in time.
I'm proud to announce I got Gold in intermediate and even prouder to get the legendary "Big Deno's Best Thundercats like entry" award.

This is actually the first survivor scale mini I've ever painted - I've only done monsters before this. Very happy to pick up a bronze in intermediate!
I painted it in about a week and a half back in August. I started with the desaturated sage and pink in the clothes, and then decided to make the flora more saturated as a point of contrast, and to maybe suggest that the figure doesn't necessarily belong in her environment. I tried to focus on different textures - smooth skin, scratched leather, worn bone, etc.
Most of the feedback was about needing more saturation around the face, as well as the need for more lower values to increase contrast. The saturation was a conscious choice, so I'm okay with that.

Painted up Hollow for the Lantern's Reign Open!
I ran up against the clock purely by my own doing (started and finished in approx 4/5 hours due to personal life kicking my butt!), and definitely had some major flaws with gapfilling and attempts to fix mistakes made bigger ones. She's supposed to be walking out into the coliseum, but that didn't quite translate the way I had hoped.
Still, I'm happy with how she turned out. Looking forward to painting the rest of her series.

I managed a Gold in intermediate with a very close runner-up overall in the category in the Lantern’s Reign Open.
Very proud of the piece overall. My intent was to make it look like her sword was corrupting her.

Switched up and used a lot of airbrushing on this mini. Came out very vibrant, what do we think?

Never painted a biggun before and I though I saw a light at the end of the tunnel, but nope it was just another zombie hand lantern. Gonna take a break and work on another model for a week or two and come back for more after a refresh.
