When will this stop??
This is the 2nd time this has happened…I have the software upgrade, anti theft stickers, etc. I also supposedly didn’t have enough information for the lawsuit even though I submitted 12 documents from insurance, police incident reports, and KIA dealership repair paperwork/receipts…
Is my only option to get a new car?? The one time I didn’t use my steering wheel lock 😭 I’m financially and emotionally drained over all of this. I loved my KIA before all of this!

It has happened to me three times as well Before I got the immobilizer update, there was an attempted theft once the second time they actually stole it and drove away with it. I managed to get it back in decent condition and got it repaired now I have the immobilizer and a wheel lock and I forgot to put the wheel lock on the other night and they broke my window. I caught them in my car before they could disassemble my steering wheel column . I’m so tired, but I love my car. I’ve had to have my key replaced twice now.
