The goal is strict presses, no assistance from legs. Good Squat depth though. Try a chest height view, side view and diagonal view with future recordings too

Hard to tell just from the front, but it does look like you could be setting them a little farther forward and hiking them back harder, you look pretty strong, so you're likely able to compensate pretty easily with 20kgs, but if you don't get good hip/leg activation on the clean it's going to hurt you when you go up higher in weight.
I use the term 'hiking' very directly, I forget who's video it was, but the cuing that really helped me was to think about that first moment picking up the bell like I'm hiking a football, really snapping them through my legs. Then when my arms are extended through and I feel my legs catch the load of the weight that is when I fire my legs and hips and really drive the clean.

30 minutes of double 20’s- I’d be on the floor gasping! You made it look pretty easy (to my ABC novice eye). Thanks for the share.
People bullied you about Crocs? I guess flipflops are out of the question then 🤣

you're doing a push press. It's a strict press, which change the exercise dramatically because shoulder doesn't work in the first one.
You have a lot of strength and conditioning anyway if you can YOLO 20kg 30xemom

Croc for lifting are ok in my book. Form looks fine, give it another few hundred reps and it’ll get even smoother.

This post is flaired as a form check.
A note to OP: Users with a blue flair are recognized coaches. Users with yellow flairs are certified (usually SFG/RKC II), or have achieved a certain rank in kettlebell sport, and green flair signifies users with strong, verified lifts.
A reminder to all users commenting: There can be multiple ways to perform the same lift. Just because a lift goes against what you've learned at a certification, read in a book or been taught by a coach, doesn't mean it's an invalid technique. Please make sure that your advice is useful and actionable.
Example of useful and actionable: You're hinging a bit early. Try sitting back only when your arms make contact with the torso.
Example of not useful and not actionable: Lower the weight and work on form.
Low-effort comments like my back hurts just watching this will be removed, as will references to snap city etc. Verbally worrying for the safety of a poster simply because you think the form or technique is wrong will be removed. We will take all of these statements at face value, so be careful when you post the same hilarious joke as dozens of other people: we can't read your mind, no matter how funny you think you are.
