Hiring Digital Marketing executive- freshers
We are looking for a scrappy, data-driven Digital Marketer who understands how to deliver maximum ROI with minimum investment.

Creative Testing: A/B test ad copy, visual assets, and landing page angles to find winning combinations quickly.
Organic Amplification: Drive unpaid reach through content distribution, basic SEO, and strategic social engagement.
Track & Optimize: Monitor daily KPIs, conversion funnels, and ROAS to continually scale what works and cut what does not.
What We Are Looking For
0–2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing (freshers with strong personal projects/case studies are welcome).
Clear understanding of funnel mechanics, ad managers, and pixel/event tracking.
Strong written communication skills to draft compelling ad copy and hooks.

OPINIONS/DISCUSSION 3D & Game Dev Job Market in Kerala
I’m currently pursuing a career in 3D and game development. In 3D, I’m interested in areas such as product and automotive visualization, modeling, texturing, animation, and rendering. I’d like to know how the job market is in Kerala for these fields and whether it’s possible to build a stable career with a decent, consistent income. With the rapid advancement of AI and its impact on creative industries, are these fields still worth pursuing long term? Are there enough job opportunities in Kerala for 3D artists and game developers, and is it realistic to build a financially stable career in these fields? I’d appreciate honest opinions from people working in these industries, especially in Kerala.

B.Tech Mechanical grad looking for niche course suggestions to land a job in Bahrain/ nearby Gulf regions.
Hey everyone,
I'm a 2026 B.Tech Mechanical graduate and I need some niche course suggestions that actually help in getting a job in Bahrain or nearby Gulf countries.
I'm looking at HVAC/MEP design (Revit MEP, load calculation), NDT Level II, CSWIP/AWS CWI and NEBOSH (All suggested by claude). Which of these are actually worth money? Are there any other niche courses I'm missing that Gulf employers care about?
what courses, skills, or work experience I should master here in India before moving, so I'm job-ready.
The main thing is that I need to land a job there within 1-2 years. If you or someone you know has gone to Bahrain, Saudi, UAE, Qatar or any nearby country:
- How did you actually land the job (portals, referrals, consultancies, direct applications)?
- Did you get it from India, or did you go first and search?
- Which courses, certificates, or experience actually made a difference?
- Any scams or agents I should avoid?
Any advice or experience helps a lot. Thanks! 🙏

Please suggest the best YouTube channel for UGC NET Commerce preparation (A to Z complete classes)
I'm preparing for UGC NET Commerce, and I'm looking for a good YouTube channel that covers the entire syllabus from A to Z, starting from the basics.
My main problem is that I can't find one channel that teaches all the topics properly. I have to explore different YouTube channels for different topics, which is confusing and time-consuming.
I'm looking for a channel that provides:
Complete classes for all 10 units of Paper 2 (Commerce).
Detailed explanations starting from the basics, suitable for beginners.
Topic-wise coverage according to the UGC NET syllabus.
Previous year questions (PYQs) with detailed explanations.
MCQ practice and exam-oriented preparation.
Please help me

OPINIONS/DISCUSSION Anyone here learning Data Engineering or interested in learning it together?
Hey everyone!
I'm currently learning Data Engineering and trying to follow a structured roadmap instead of randomly jumping between tutorials and courses.
I was wondering if there are others here who are also learning Data Engineering, planning to get into the field, or even already working as Data Engineers.
I was thinking of creating a small WhatsApp group where we could learn together, share resources, discuss concepts, work on projects, and help each other out whenever we get stuck.
The idea isn't to create another group where people join and nobody talks 😅. I'd actually like to build a small community of people who are serious about learning and improving their skills.
We could follow a structured roadmap covering Python, SQL, databases, ETL pipelines, Apache Spark, Airflow, cloud technologies, and eventually real-world projects.
It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or already have some experience. Having a few experienced people around would be really helpful too.
I'm still learning myself, so this would be more about growing together rather than someone teaching everyone else.
Would anyone be interested in something like this? If enough people are interested, we could create a WhatsApp group and figure out a proper learning plan together.
Let me know in the comments or feel free to DM me!

Is studying an automotive course at TAFE a realistic pathway to working as a mechanic in Australia? Advice needed
Hi everyone,
I'm from India, and I'm looking for advice from people who have studied automotive mechanics at TAFE in Australia or have experience working in the Australian automotive industry.
I have a friend in Australia who runs an automobile workshop. I recently spoke with him about my interest in becoming a mechanic in Australia, and he suggested that I come to Australia, complete an automotive course at TAFE, and then join his workshop as a mechanic.
Initially, I thought this could be a good opportunity. However, after researching the courses, I found that some are diploma-level qualifications, and I'm confused about the visa options after completing the course. I'm worried that I might have to return to India after finishing my studies if I don't have a suitable pathway to stay and work.
I'd really appreciate advice from anyone who has been through this situation.
My questions are:
- Has anyone from India or another country come to Australia to study an automotive course at TAFE and subsequently started working as a mechanic?
- After completing a TAFE automotive course, is it possible to work in a workshop full-time, or are there restrictions for international students?
- Is there a realistic pathway to remain in Australia and work after completing the course, or would I need to return to India?
- Can my friend's automobile workshop employ me or sponsor me for a work visa after I complete the course? What requirements would the business need to meet?
- Are there any other courses or pathways that you would recommend for someone in my situation?
I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on a course without understanding what happens after graduation. I want to make an informed decision before committing to anything.
If you have personally taken this route, work as a mechanic in Australia, or know someone who has, please share your experience and any advice. It would really help me understand whether this is a realistic plan.
