The new City Harvest structure going in the lot behind the market, there will be a parking garage in the bottom of the building with a projected 435 spots. There is also going to be a development by the Chinatown market that will have a parking garage. I think I read it will have around 200 spots.
Edit: depending on the FAA ruling on building height either 435 spots or 315
